To perform this job satisfactorily, a team member must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsible for the production and safe work practices of the Dryers Department. The Production Superintendent assists in strategic planning, trains and develops supervisors in all aspects of safe work practices.
LEAN SAFETY: The team member demonstrates the ability to adhere to the safety policies and procedures of LEAN Manufacturing.
