Partners Brad Bounds & Lamar Arrington opened Working Solutions in Meridian, Mississippi in September 2001.

With only 3 staff members, this office quickly grew to be the area’s top staffing firm. Bounds expanded the company by opening a new office in Ridgeland, Mississippi with Rob Thornton serving as Managing Partner.  Since its opening in February 2003, this office has grown to serve Nissan suppliers, major Mississippi associations and many other Metro area businesses.
